Busses stopping just outside the apartment take you to Dupont Metro station in five minutes or Downtown in 15 minutes.

Summary: This is what you always hope to get--nicely thought out and decorated, comfortable and well maintained. One caution--like most basement apartments in the area, the stairs down in are narrow and tricky. Leave the porch light on when you go out in the evening!
