Positive: Large, modernized and a very clean property located in a quiet part of Spittal An Der Drau, close to the town center and near the Lieser stream below. 2-3 cars can park inside the fenced area in front of the house while another 2-5 cars can park right outside and opposite the property entrance gate at the cozy dead end street. Ample and fully equipped kitchen, living room and the deck next to the living room that can easily contain 10+ people, downstairs cellar area with washing machine and garage provide more than enough storage space for bicycles and other equipment. Excellent Southbound views to the Goldeck mountain range and Westward to the Höhe Tauern mountains from most of the house´s rooms as well as from the outside deck and the garden .
