Positive: The staff was more than accommodating!
Negative: We made these arrangements through the website for Jamestown, NY. When we arrived in town, we checked our email for the correct address, and it was listed as in North Dakota!!! We only searched for New York, and it even mentioned how far it was to the museum we wanted to see. Imagine our stress after driving 6 hours to find you made the reservation in the wrong state. Thankfully, they had 1 king room left, but it was significantly more than what we were quoted for the original room. If we had known that was the price, we would have looked for others in the area, but at that point, we were just thankful they had a room. It was only an overnight stay, so we didn't need a business type room. I'll never use this service again.
