Enter through the street-side screened-in porch with airy sitting area and washer/dryer, into the nicely updated open concept eat-in kitchen and living area. Beautiful granite counter-tops throughout the well-equipped kitchen, 2 2-person eat-in granite islands. Large flat screen TV and comfortable seating overlook the tiki hut and inviting pool. One bedroom is streetside, offering a large flat screen TV and a King bed; this is en suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also boasts a King bed and pool and canal views! A large full bathroom in the hallway is easily accessible for guests!
