A charming studio apartment is located a quiet neighborhood a short 10 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and beach in downtown Gulfport. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen bed, and full sized bath with tub with shower. It was completely renovated in 2018 and equipped with modern appliances. Located on the same property is a private residence available for rental during the off season June-Sept.
The private entrance is up a short ramp from your parking place in the shade of the car port. The private courtyard is a quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee.
The fully equipped kitchen area includes a full sized refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, full sized electric range with oven, and sink. Your comfort is assured with both an A/C and dehumidifier at your control. The 40" TV has a Roku Ultra controller for all your entertainment needs.
