The wonderful townhome offers 1 queen bed located in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the guest bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and 2.5 bathrooms, allowing this townhome to sleep 6 comfortably. Relax on the patio after a long day at the beach and enjoy some post-beach grilling. Utilize the fully stocked kitchen to prep a meal with your family and guests and gather around the kitchen table where you can plan your beach itinerary for the day. Sugar Beach D-13 is just a short walk from the white sandy beaches. There are two public access points within a quarter mile, either East or West of Gulf Blvd. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles with passes in the unit.
