A low-key, bustling yet non-touristy residential neighbourhood offering everything one needs for a taste of Portugal comfortable stay. One of the highest hill locations in Lisbon, cooled by breezes in summer. Residents are very welcoming, and most speak English.
Authentic and affluent Lisbon Bairro offers cafes, fine restaurants, shops and the famous Mercado food hall. Bairro is uniquely FLAT for easy walking. Local lush green park with alfresco cafes surrounded by great restaurants and healthy options. Three supermarkets and a multitude of small food shops. Estrela Park is 5 minutes walk, Tram 28, and most tourist sites are within walking distance. Amoreiras shopping centre is a 10-minute walk. Costa da Caparica beaches and beach club restaurants are just 15 min drive or Uber. Street and paid underground parking on the building corner. Most shops and restaurant staff speak English.

Taxi/Uber from the airport is 15 minutes. Tram 28 and local buses. Estrela Park and most tourist sites are within walking distance. Local Uber is usually EUR 3-5 to many areas.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we can provide you (under an extra tax).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
