Positive: Honestly, this place had everything. the owners were nice and extremely helpful. the location was really great for exploring Kyoto. I got many tips for what to see in Kyoto from the owners and they took me on a driving tour. Everything was clean, the bathroom had a small bath and there was tea and coffee available. The owners also helped me with the luggage transport to the other hotel.
