FULL DESCRIPTION
Cozy two-bedroom ground floor condo located in the quiet community of Lake Village in the heart of the Meadows. The condo is just minutes to the University Town Center mall which is great for shopping and upscale restaurants. There is a Publix supermarket or upscale Fresh Market just up the road for your grocery needs. If you want to dine out, there are many choices in and around the UTC mall area with everything from casual dining to more upscale dining such as Seasons 52 and Capital Grill. The Sarasota Airport is a quick 20-minute drive which is served by many airlines. If you are a golfer, the Palm Aire Country Club is just 12 minutes away or close to that is the conservator park which is a 55-acre site with a focus on outdoor and nature-based recreation. no trip to Sarasota would be complete without visiting one of our local beaches. Lido Key Beach is 28 minutes away and located near beautiful St. Armands Circle which is also great for shopping and dining at restaurants in a quaint area near the beach.
