A train station in the next village of Hope with connection to Sheffield and Manchester. Further afield are attractions in abundance, Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the plague village of Eyam with the breath-taking Hope valley been within driving distance of Edale, Eyam, Chatsworth, Bakewell and Lyme Park.
