Summary: jesse was very friendly and quick to respond to any of my messages. the location is phenomenal -- super close to literally everything! if you're flying, the airport is 10min, disney and universal are less than 30, and the magic arena was like 20min. this was a great spot for a person travelling alone or a couple (that is very close--there is NO bathroom door). i spent a weekend (friday night to monday morning ) with my boyfriend and we brought our cat. the pet fee was very reasonable at 50. the place was clean with fast wifi!!
