Positive: The apartment was recently renovated, the design is superb, it was exactly like on pictures. It was very clean, host is friendly, all commutation with him was a pleasure. The area is quiet and safe. The kitchen was handy, I could cook myself a breakfast, it has everything you need.
Summary: I waa a great experience and I would definitely stay in this apartment again.
