Kleineicholzheim is a district of the municipality Schefflenz in the Neckar Odenwald circle.
You have access to the entire house with terrace and garden. An evening "little" campfire in the garden does not bother a small-minded neighbor. There is a fire bowl with grill accessories available.

Summary: After a long search we found this little gem for a friends meetup and well worth every penny. The place is nice, on the edge of the village, but still close to the train station (about 10 min walk), has enough space to park multiple cars (we had 4 cars and still had plenty of room if needed), got a huge garden with the sauna and fruit trees, there's almost none light pollution at night, so you can see the stars well on a clear night . Edeka is located in the nearby town (10 minutes drive) if you need to buy some groceries. One thing, if you do come by car, the driveway to the place is a little steep, so if you have a lowered suspension car, you might scrape the bottom of the front or rear bumper if you are not careful, but anything with a stock suspension will have no issue. The landlord is really friendly and helpful, did replied to all of our questions fast. Definietly gonna keep this little gem in the list for the future.
