Light and bright updated 2 bedroom 2 bath home in a friendly quiet neighborhood. Newer Luxury Vinyl flooring throughout. No Popcorn ceilings. Gorgeous Quarts countertops/backsplash in the Kitchen. 5 unit gas stove and newer appliances in the kitchen. Newer couch and very comfortable automatic leather recliner perfect for relaxing or watching TV. Enjoy eating in the Dining area that offers a glass table and 4 chairs. Roomy Master bedroom with a KING BED, large walk in closet, 2 dressers and TV stand and TV. Guest bedroom also has a KING BED and 2 dressers. Both baths have Quartz Countertops. The master bath has a walk in shower and the guest bath has a tub/shower. The enclosed Front porch offers heat, A/C, a small desk and 2 chairs for an office or extra living space. Oversized one car garage with room for a golf cart and newer washer and dryer. Outside seating to enjoy fresh air. The community of Summerhill offers a beautiful pool, 2 ponds, Bocce Ball and Shuffle Board. Laurel Recreation center is very close and offers a fitness center and many activities. Arnold Palmer Country Club is very near. The club offers a beautiful Resturant, Driving Range and a fabulous golf course.
Best of all I love the location! Just minutes away you can get groceries, eat in several restaurants, go shopping, golfing, use the recreation centers and enjoy the entertainment at the Sharon Center. Just about every store you would need is available.
