The house: Mullagh Pond House is set in its own extensive wild garden which includes a large pond for local creatures and birds to live and play in. The house is located in the small, friendly, village of Mullagh in an area of mountain and moorland, extensive beaches, beautiful walks and cycleways. It’s located down a quiet boreen with an enclosed garden making it a great location for families.
Both Westport & Louisburgh are just a short drive away with old Head beach being just a 7 min drive. Louisburgh is an old market town but has come to live in recent years with a number of great eateries, a brilliant book shop, outdoor shops, bars and a good supermarket. there are numerous beaches not far from the village. Westport town is always a hive of activity with something for all the family to enjoy. Whether you want to just sit back relax in enjoy the views or head to the beach for a surf each day, this house is a great location.
Inside: This is a beautiful bright airy property. The house is based around a large open plan kitchen/dining area with sitting room all based around a central stove. Off the dining area there is a stairs up to a mezzanine with sofa and smart TV for you to enjoy. This leads into a huge master bedroom with large en suite and walk in wardrobe. This room takes over the whole upstairs area with stunning views. Down stairs you will find a further double & twin bedroom. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower and separate bath. The house itself is spacious and well-appointed with gas-fired central heating and constant hot water. There is a good broadband connection with WiFi and smart TV.
