You are steps away from coveted shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the main beach! Brand new build (July, 2022) located in the heart of Grand Bend! * You are renting the upper unit of a 2 unit home. It is larger than many entire cottages in the area.You have a separate entrance and 2 parking spaces and exclusive access to 2 outdoor spaces including a rooftop deck. The only shared space is the driveway. It feels absolutely luxurious! This upper unit has tall Cathedral ceilings in the living room and the rooftop deck is complete with a Bluetooth sound system (play music from your phone/device) and has a beautiful fire table. This upper unit is spacious, chic and comfortable at the same time. You will enjoy the large windows with sunlight streaming in. The main beach at Grand Bend is a Blue Flag, award winning beach with spectacular sunsets. Your rental of this upper unit gives you a fully equipped kitchen ,3 bedrooms, (the bedrooms sleep 8)+ a futon + a pull out sofa. You have wifi, 2 SMART Tv's (you can log into your own Netflix, Disney + Amazon etc), laundry, and 2 exclusive outdoor spaces: the rooftop deck and a bonus deck with eating area and BBQ, just outside of the kitchen. As this is a brand new build, please be aware that there are existing builds on the street and also current construction. Grand Bend is happening and it's the place to be!
