The unit has a 347-sqft interior plus 61-sqft balcony/lanai with table and chairs from which you'll enjoy fabulous partial ocean views and colorful sunsets!
Although there is NO POOL at this location, you do have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! Located in the newly revitalized area of Waikiki, you'll enjoy nearby dining, shopping and entertainment, including an on-site surf shop, gift shop, Tropical Tribe acai bowls, Banan soft serve, and island-style Steak Shack, with a Starbucks just next door!

Summary: My wife and I were very happy with this condo. We loved the location and the view. The washer/dryer and kitchen were a huge plus. Keep in mind that the listing says the condo is new to their inventory, but that doesn't mean it's newly renovated. Everything is in great condition and looks just like the pictures but the bed / bed topper may need replacement soon because even though it's comfortable, you can feel a slight sag in spots where people usually sleep. Overall, it is well worth the price we highly recommend it.
