The Space:
This residence is a one bedroom, two bathroom Bayside Villa featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a large lanai overlooking the marina, and sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and large vanity with granite countertops. The bedroom features ample closet space and a large flatscreen Smart TV. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests and flatscreen smart TV. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway just off of the kitchen and features a walk-in shower and vanity with granite countertop and is designed to function as a bathroom for guests sleeping in the living room.
Guest Access:
Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Bayside Villas complex, including a heated pool, spa, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a ten minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where visitors can enjoy fantastic dining and shopping.
Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide beach gear that guests can use during their stay.
