On clear days even the shore of Corsica is visible besides the lovely islands of Giglio and Montecristo. Castiglione's awarded as most cleanest beaches in Italy are just 900 m away from our house on a 10' walking distance.
Our house offers not only 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living and dining room with an open kitchen or a 70 sqm terrace, but also a nice garden and its 1.100 sqm property allows quite a lot of privacy and silence.

Summary: The house was incredible: modern, new and comfortable. But the best part was the stunning view! It is a short 5-min drive to the best beaches and you could walk too, 15 mins at most down the hill. The caretaker, Federica was a gem and her husband Sasha who runs a small local grocery store was a life saver when we arrived late on our first day and he lept his store open so we can get some supplied for breakfast. Dealing with the owner, Helmut was a real pleasure and we can't wait to come back to Castiglione, which is a truly magical place! Highly, highly recommended!
