Positive: the house is beautiful and in a good location but the property management is not professional. this ruined our stay.
Negative: the property management and the hidden charges. we didn’t know that the towels, bed linen, pillow cases, and electricity/gas consumption are to be charged separately , on top of the rental cost. this is deceit . we only got to find out after confirming our stay. we couldn’t reach the management’s local number and ensue. no reply. I even tried alerting the booking.coo customer service but I was automatically transferred to the platform of the property management - Novasol. I realised that this is the same company which cancelled our initial reservation for a different house rental in Sunds…really lousy! we slept without blanket sheets and pillow cases . We got this house rental for work …to attend a travel fair in Herning. we don’t have the luggage space to bring our own beddings.
Summary: Beauriful house and location…occupants must have a car. No public transport access except taxi. Nearest grocery is 2 kil
