• Patio with a grill, table and chairs for dining al fresco.
• Additional covered patio with four extra comfy chairs for you to enjoy a cup of coffee on a warm morning, or a glass of wine to unwind after a long shift at work.
• Huge living room with lots of windows and natural light, a large TV, gaming or dining table, comfy sofa, love seat and big chair with ottoman. (Shared space)

• Digital door lock so that you can come and go and know that no one can come into your room.

Please note that this is a room in a whole basement. There is another bedroom which may also be rented by another nurse.
