The suite offers lots of light, blinds, queen size bed, 2 flat screen t.v.'s with all the cable channels, Wi-Fi, dining table, couch, coffee table, refrigerator, microwave, coffee & tea maker, toaster, dishes, drinking glasses, utensils. The self contained suite is in the upper section of the house. It is +/- 500 square feet, total space, The unit is separate and you enter and exit through your own private entry way on the side of the house, up one flight of stairs to a private deck. Private bathroom connected to the bedroom. Laundry is available on-site on Tuesdays + Thursdays from 5-8PM. Laundromat is located at 8111 W. Manchester Blvd. Open daily 7AM - 10PM.

Summary: It was clean and so nice! I almost missed the fridge and hot plate in the front closet. It was a little warm, but with the windows cracked it was fine in the evenings. The rental wasn’t too far from where we wanted to go or places we wanted to order food (highly recommend Teddy’s Red Tacos, btw) My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay. They were perfect hosts! If we plan another trip to Playa del Rey , we will definitely be back.
