The largely barrier-free (wide passageways) apartment has a living room (upholstered furniture, armchairs, TV, radio/DVD player, collection of children's DVDs, books, games) with an open-plan kitchen area (2-plate induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances, seating area).
