You will be minutes away from Waverly and 485. Come back to a home that has space to spread out. Enjoy your family in the quiet, 1+ acre lot or in the well appointed, spacious kitchen. There is plenty of room to relax with board games & books in the rec room.The house is great for wedding guests and comes complete with charging stations in every bedroom and a steamer for wedding day clothes.

You will have plenty of parking with the driveway and access area behind the house and fence. Target, Hickory Tavern, Harris Teeter to name a few are just a couple of miles away in Wesley Chapel. You will need to have a vehicle to get around in Charlotte, Matthews and Weddington.
