Location is Charlotte Harbor Area. Sunshine and peaceful water views are what you’ll experience when you visit this gorgeous canal access vacation home minutes from the Peace River as it meets Charlotte Harbor.
The area is a paradise for fishermen, beachgoers, nature-lovers and golf enthusiasts alike.
Enjoy plenty of wildlife watching, fishing from the dock, lounge by the pool, hang out on the enclosed lanai overlooking the peaceful canal.
Grab the included kayaks and go for a paddle down the canal straight to the river access.
Designed with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms this home can sleep a total of 8 people.
Enjoy the cozy living room after a day out on the water. Take advantage of the spacious open kitchen boasting granite countertops. Enjoy your meals in the comfortable dining room or head out to the covered and enclosed patio for al fresco dining by the water.
