Plenty of walking paths, a sport court and Ramada’s throughout for resident use only. Goodyear is home to great shopping, restaurants and golf courses nearby. Shop till you drop at Westgate Entertainment center and Arrowhead Mall. Single level, 2233 Square feet. This property is updated and upgraded and fully furnished including dishes and linens. Sleeps six (two to each bed) Room count is 3 bedrooms, an office/den, separate living room and family room, with 2.5 bathrooms. You have beautiful engineered wood flooring in all the main rooms with carpet in the bedrooms. Your kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a pantry, center Island, with a gas stove that is open to the family room (great room layout) Master bathroom features king size bed with separate tub and shower, spacious walk in closet, and counter high vanity with two sinks. Bedroom two and bedroom three have queen size beds. Bathroom number two has shower/tub combo and counter high vanity with two sinks. Your stunning backyard features a covered patio, beautiful paving stones, a fire pit, along with synthetic grass. This is a view lot with no neighbors behind. Rent includes a cap on utilities at $300 per month. Any cost above $300 per month on utilities will be added to rent. Property owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona.
