Seville Golf Course View Home is a fantastic 3 Bedroom 3 Full Bath home with lots of living space. This floor plan is perfect for the family or couples enjoying Arizona. It is split so all bedrooms have their own space. The Master is large with a king bed and television. The spa bath is attached and has a beautiful garden jacuzzi tub. It also has a walk in shower, private toilet room and massive walk in closet. Enjoy the walk out to the Hot Tub just outside as well. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath with a combo tub shower. Large closet too and its own private corridor. The third bedroom has plenty of room for sleeping in the comfy full bed, but also doubles as an office for those needing to work at home or to do virtual school via Zoom. This shares the hallway full bath with tub and shower combo. Step further into the great home and the living room is perfect for lounging or meditating. Lots of seating and peaceful. The Family room is just adjacent the open concept kitchen and eat in kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for any gourmet snd has a pantry and service bar for family gatherings and lots of storage.
