~ THE PROPERTY ~
"Sweet N Salty" is an exquisite 2-story hand picked home with excellent design quality and attention to detail. Safavieh chic stylized furniture and calming coastal decor will surely set your mind at ease. The living room gathering area has plenty of seating to watch TV, movies or sporting events on the wall mounted flat screen smart TV or just converse over a great glass of wine. Enjoy a family dinner around the 8 person dining table and take advantage of the leather bar stools which line the crystalline quartz island top for additional seating. In the well stocked and fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, everything needed to prepare delicious meals for the whole family to enjoy is just an arms length away. This kitchen offers a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, flat top ceramic stove and microwave. Do not forget about our small but wonderful appliances such as the coffee maker (k-cup), toaster, popcorn maker, crock pot, a hand orange juicer and especially the blender for all of your margarita needs. The kitchen is kept full of glassware, dishes, cookware, utensils and flatware. The half bath is just a few steps away and so it the separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a closet with 4 beach chairs! Down the hall is the guest king suite featuring a mounted flat screen tv, elevated ceilings, a large walk in closet, a private bathroom boasting a quartz dual sink vanity with a tub/shower combination.
Up the stairs at "Sweet N Salty" and past the breathtaking oyster shell chandelier is the east bunk room decorate with beautiful fish, anchors and sailboats. It offers plenty of sleeping space with a twin over full bunkbed set and full pull out trundle. A flat screen smart TV was just added so that guests or their children may be able to stream their favorites while falling asleep or resting after a sunny day. Right around the corner is the bright and cheery flamingo second floor guest bathroom with plenty of natural lighting and happy hues to bring fresh start to every morning. Down the hall is the white and coral coastal twin over full bunkbed set which now features a flat screen wall mounted smart tv. At the west end of the second floor hall is the master king suite. This gorgeous king bedroom has an oversized walk in closet with organizer, top pf the line Ashley bedroom set, flat screen tv with cable and streamling capabilities and a private furnished balcony with 4 inch deep cushions on the lounge sofa. The "Sweet N Salty" luxury master bathroom features not only one, but three, shower heads! Between the wall mounted shower head, handheld shower head and ceiling mounted rainfall shower head all wrapped in an ornate and intricate floor to ceiling quartz shower surround, there is no doubt that you will keep this room all for yourself!
