Gite of 55m² on the ground floor & first floor, with independent entrance and exterior. This opens onto the spacious and cozy living room composed of the kitchen open to the dining area and the cozy living room with a convertible corner sofa. On this level, we find the complete bathroom: Italian shower, sink and WC. Upstairs, we discover the beautiful bedroom with a Zen atmosphere (1 bed 180x200 which can be transformed on request from the owner into 2 beds 90). To make your stay even more pleasant, charges and heating are included, the beds are made on your arrival and towels are provided. Nestled on the hillside, gîte fitted out in an outbuilding of this old wine estate dating from the end of the 19th century, renovated into a guest house and independent furnished accommodation. Located in the forecourt, the accommodation has a spacious intimate terrace of 30m² where you will be in total tranquility to enjoy the gentle Roannaise countryside. You will appreciate the outdoor spaces and the common facilities of the property: a pretty little above-ground wooden swimming pool (open depending on the weather from June to September), life on the farm with the chickens and horses, moments of relaxation under the shade of the lime trees, ... (nb: facade & exteriors currently being finished). Access to the wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi) is independent and is not included in the price of the cottage. The rate is 10€/h and per person, to be paid directly to the owners.
