Living room with kitchen area with lounge area. 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed. Bathroom. Separate WC. Electric heating. Small enclosed garden at the back and open land in front of the gîte. Garden Lounge. Barbecue. The small road which passes in front of the gîte is one-way and not very busy. Electricity, heating, linens and end-of-stay cleaning included. Towels €12/person/change. Gite located in the Auvézère Valley where you can practice fishing, swimming, canoeing, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking in the magnificent setting of its narrow and steep gorges, near a farm ( cattle breeding).
