3 star gite of 60m² in new house (2017) completely independent located on a large plot; Ground floor, bright and accessible to people with reduced mobility (walk-in shower);
Any comfort (WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, pergola, etc.). 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with 2 single 90 cm beds, fitted kitchen open to living room (28 m²).
Heating with pellet stove and convectors in the bedrooms and bathroom.
