Our condo unit is part of the Ginger Bay condo complex of 10 units. The unit has two queen beds in the one bedroom. There is a pull-out couch in the living room. There is a shared pool, tennis court, and laundry facilities. The unit has a full bathroom and fully stocked kitchen. Our condo is on the ocean side of the complex. The pool is shared with other members of the condo development. The condo is very quiet. Our front lawn ends at the coral stone cliff overlooking the sea. Stairs carved out of the coral take you down to the beaches below. Our beach is one beach up from the world famous Crane Beach Resort. Our condo is ideal for guests who want to get away from it all and are not looking for a 5 star location with concierge service. The unit has wifi and three mobile phones for guests to use. If you have been to St. Phillip Parish before, you may know it by the stairs that lead through a cave called ‘Jack’s hole’ to the beach. The nearest shopping is at 6 Cross Roads, which is a 5 - 10 minute car/ taxi ride away. The Crane Beach Hotel also has several restaurants, some tourist shopping, and a convenience store. It is the only hotel nearby (300 metres down the beach). Other bars / restaurants include Cutters and Marco Polo. Ginger Bay is a good distance away from the lively nightlife, shopping, crowds, and touristy type of things available on the island, although most day tours / activities (Jolly Roger, Catamaran tours, Rum tours etc…) will pick you up and drop you off without additional charge. Most guests rent a car.
