There are 3 levels, a private pool, double car enclosed garage and an extensive backyard.
The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds sleeping 8 persons plus 2 full baths and a hallway closet with a long mirror. Perfect for getting ready for your favorite date!
The middle level or ground floor carries a powder room, utility room and an open space which creates a flow of the living, dining and kitchen spaces indoors and covered back deck, pool and spacious garden. There is also a large driveaway for 4 cars and an enclosed garage for 2 cars.
The lower floor is spacious and houses the additional 4th room. On this floor is a couch set, smart tv, fridge, king size bed, add on room for luggage and an en suite bathroom. This room is an additional fee of US$50 per person per night and is automatically accessed when reservations are past 8 guests. If under 8 guests, you can access this room by altering the number of guests in your reservation from 8 to 9 persons. You will automatically be charged the additional US$50 per night per person. Once booked, let the team know.
Hot water is powered by the sun. US and USB charging ports are easily accessible.
