POOL FUN! We offer an amazing outdoor area with plenty of space to hangout, swim, and enjoy nature - great for beautiful pool/mountain sunset shots to post on the gram or send memory photos to your group later!
In case you're up for some BBQ we do have a BBQ propane grill with complimentary propane.
Game Room: Pool table, Air Hockey, Giant Janga, 50" TV, bar table and lounge area with pool view lounge.
Kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics if you'd like to cook a delicious meal for you and your group - from our experience, guests love their stay so much they don't want to leave the house :)

Guest will have access to entire property: house, private backyard with pool, driveway, and garage. Property can accommodate 3 vehicles, a few more if requested in advance.

Property is located in a beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood that is ideal for a relaxing time. Standard Quiet Time is strongly enforced out of respect for our neighbors. All noise must come to a rest between 10pm-8am out of respect for the city, and neighbors.
Gatherings, parties, and/or events are not permitted on the property at any time. Violations of such will result in immediate removal from property, cancellation of booking + NO REFUND.

• 🙊 QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD: House is located in a quiet neighborhood, it is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing time- not a rowdy, party weekend. We abide by & enforce the standard QUIET TIMES of 10pm-8am to ensure respect for our neighbors so that we can continue hosting guests. Noise must come to a rest at during that time frame.
• 🚫🎉 ABSOLUTELY not able to host any gatherings, parties, or events on the property. The property is being rented to guest solely for it's standard use for sleep accommodations.
👥👥EXTRA GUESTS (Outside Guests) are not permited on property. The reservation is only for registered guests on booking (the total of guests that was confirmed to hosts). Violation will result in cancellation of reservation, and immediate removal from the property without a refund.
• 🚫🐕🐱🐦NO PETS we are unable to accommodate pets (of any type) on property due to pet allergies. Please opt for a pet friendly property if you planned on including your pet.
• ⏰❗CHECK-IN: 4PM / CHECK-OUT: 10AM
At this time, we are not able to accommodate requests for early access or later check-out due to same day turn overs + check-in. Check-Out is 10am promptly, cleaning staff will arrive then.
• 🚫🚬 NO INDOOR SMOKING of any kind inside the home. Outdoor smoking ONLY. A $300 fee will be charged + any additional charges for air neutralizing treatments, etc if smoking is suspected (vapes, cigarettes, hookahs, marijuana etc)
• 🚫💊 NO ILLEGAL DRUGS/SUBSTANCES on premises. Please don't do it.
• 🍖🍴BBQ GRILL on site available (complimentary propane). If grill is used, grill must to be cleaned out for next guest.
