The house and grounds are for the exclusive use of vacationers.

A cleaning fee of €450 is charged at the time of booking. However, to facilitate changes, we ask that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition and that furniture is returned to its place on arrival. Trash cans should also be emptied and refrigerators emptied. If the property is left in an unreasonable condition, guests will have a portion of their deposit deducted to cover additional cleaning costs at the rate of €35/hour.
