This stunning Georgian style Old Rectory is set on the edge of the village of Maidford in a classic English 5 acre garden. Adjacent to the house there is a games room with a ping pong table and pool table with a darts board.
The house is available for rental as a whole where you can enjoy complete privacy. There are 6 bedrooms and the house sleeps up to 12 people. There are 2 single Jaybee beds that can be added to certain rooms if people do not want to share beds and a very comfy double sofa bed in a little sitting room. Minimum two night bookings.
A swimming pool area is opposite the house with sunbeds and cushions for lazing by the heated pool. There is outside seating by the pool. There is a medieval pond with a mini pontoon at the bottom of the garden and the view from the house looks over the Ha Ha into the paddock with chestnut trees.

Summary: We stayed over the Christmas period with all of the family and the house was just perfect. Sarah and Kim were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. The grounds were also well kept and we enjoyed walking around the garden. Would highly recommend the house to anybody wishing to find somewhere for a large group in a character property.
