This oversized 1 bedroom cottage resides in the back half of a renovated Queenslander cottage. Large garden, lawn and BBQ area. Newly installed aircon in living and bedroom. Close to all that Brisbane has to offer situated only 3kms from the CBD , Southbank and the Arts Precinct. 20 minutes from the Airport via the CLEM7 tunnel and only 60 minutes from the Gold Coast via the Pacific Hwy. The 1 Bedroom self contained house like apartment is part of a newly renovated "Queenslander" accessible from the back of the property up a manicured side garden path. There are no stairs. BBQ and outdoor entertaining facilities available. The house has been newly renovated however maintains the characteristics of a traditional Queenslander. Open plan living leads out on to the garden and outdoor terrace where you can relax and soak up the classic Brisbane outdoor lifestyle. All linen and bathroom amenities provided. Full kitchen and appliances available. Access to garden and BBQ area. A lock up garage with remote is also available. Minimal interaction with guests is provided however the host is available on call if any assistance is required. Annerley is a quiet neighbourhood located 3kms from the CBD, Southbank parklands and Arts precinct. There are plenty of options for public transport available. Bus stops are located few minutes walk at either end of the street which travel regularly into Southbank and the CBD. Other transport options are via City Cycle Hire or the Dutton Pk train station located a 10 minute walk from the house. The house is 100% smoke free zone. No smoking inside house or outdoors in garden premises.
