It is situated in the rear garden of a main building in a very quiet area. Access is through the main building. It has a French door overlooking the garden. It has a separate double bedroom, walk in shower, toilet, an open plan kitchen with a living room. The bedroom has a double bed, reasonable size wardrobe, table lamp and a bedside cabinet. All the rooms are bright and airy. The bathroom has a power shower and a toilet. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer and electric cooker with an oven. The property is an annex situated in the rear garden of the the main house and it's located close to all amenities. Grove Park train Station is 5 minutes walk from here. Trains to London Bridge and to the city of London is every 15 minutes. It takes about 20min from Grove Park to London Bridge. There are bus services to Bromley city centre, Lee, Greenwich, lewisham city centre and the O2 centre in Greenwich. Greenwich Observatory and Eltham Palace. There are cafes shops restaurants within walking distance from the property.
