This 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Vacation/ Short Term/FLETC Rental is offering a living room with electric fireplace and bar, dining room, kitchen with wall oven, built in microwave oven, dishwasher, smooth top Jenn Aire cook top, pantry, laundry room, 2 car garage.
The home has been remodeled with driftwood colored wood laminate flooring in all rooms with exception of the 2 bathrooms that have ceramic tile floor. The owner’s suite is on the main floor with a door leading to a deck. The additional 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are joined by a Jack and Jill Bathroom. One of the 2 bedrooms upstairs opens to a deck overlooking the river.
Other features include: fresh paint, new countertops, new sinks and faucets, fresh paint, shiplap wall and NEW furniture (as of Summer 2017)
The level ½ acre lot will accommodate multiple vehicles, RVs, boats, etc.
