Positive: The location, close to sites and downtown easy to walk to everything around.
Negative: The sewage smell was a bit overwhelming due to improper installation of drain pipes on the sinks. Every time we came into the apartment there was a terrible smell, which never went completely away, even with windows open. Another issue was that the bed was too big for the room making extremely hard to get around the room.
Summary: Location was great, but coming home was horrible because of smell.
