Summary: The house is clean, quiet, and comfortable and has all the basics. Sylvie was very helpful and made many suggestions about local attractions, as well as generously bringing us a welcome bottle of local Cremant. The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 were that we twice blew a fuse when using the oven at the same time as the stove (making dinner difficult!) and the inconvenience for us creaky old folks of having no upstairs bathroom. It would have been helpful if the description had made this clear.
