Dans la commune de Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, nous vous proposons à la location cette charmante maison de 70 m², située à environ 1,5 km de la mer et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Elle se compose d'un joli salon, d'une cuisine équipée, de deux chambres et d'une salle d'eau. Il y a également un jardin de 50 m² ! Wifi inclus, nous vous attendons !
Le logement comprend
- Un séjour de 40 m² avec canapé, coin repas, TV...
- Une cuisine ouverte avec des appareils tels que : bouilloire électrique, four, micro-ondes, grille-pain, crêpière, appareil à sandwich, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson...
- Chambre 1 : lit queen-size (160×200)
- Chambre 2 : lit double (140×190) et lit superposé (pour 2 personnes, 90×190)
- Salle de bain avec douche
- WC séparé
Pour encore plus de confort, les propriétaires ont décidé d'investir dans les équipements complémentaires suivants : lit bébé, chaise bébé, baignoire bébé (sur demande), barbecue, lave-linge, plancha, sèche-linge, ventilateur, table et fer à repasser.
A l'extérieur :
- Un beau jardin privatif de 50 m², sans vis à vis, avec barbecue, chaises longues, parasol, table et chaises pour profiter des journées ensoleillées.
(Les travaux d'aménagement extérieur sont actuellement en cours et seront terminés au plus tard fin décembre).
La maison est neuve et idéalement située à Saint-Jean-de-la-Rivière, dans un environnement paisible et très agréable. Vous serez à proximité de tous les commerces de première nécessité, ainsi que des boutiques, restaurants, bars, marchés, etc.
