Positive: Well organised apartment, nice view, everything I needed was there. I arrived early in the morning and they were kind enough to let me leave my luggage at the apartment before check-in. You can easily find parking space in the neighborhood. It is right next to a highway exit so no traffic when you leave on excursions :) Despite being close to the highway exit no problems with noise (I slept with the window open). Be careful, you have to go down some stairs to get to the apartment (which is not a bad thing) but keep it in mind when you prep your suitcase. Gabriela is very kind and always available.
Negative: Further away from the city center than I realised and not as many restaurants close by BUT if I had stayed in the centre I probably wouldn't have been able to park the car so easily.
