Step into our spacious 3-bedroom home and be greeted by a grand open kitchen adorned with bar seating and brand-new appliances. Adjacent is a convenient laundry room housing a washer and dryer. The dining room boasts a full-size table, perfect for memorable meals. Unwind in the expansive and cozy living area, complete with a streaming-capable TV. Accommodate your guests in a comfortable queen bed in one guest room, while another offers two twin beds and an additional TV. The guest bathroom features a full-size tub/shower. Retreat to the primary bedroom, boasting an attached bathroom for added privacy. Outside, indulge in the large backyard with stunning country views, outdoor seating, and a charming fire pit.
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! It's likely you won't see us during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, We are here anytime you need to reach out. 5. Late checkouts must be approved. If not approved:
-After one hour late checkout you will be responsible for a $50 mandatory unauthorized fee.
-After two hours late checkout you will be responsible for that whole day's base rate without discounts (this does not award you access to the property for the day, this is just a fee).
If smell of odor of smoke indoors or caught smoking indoors, you will be responsible for a $150 fee (this is out of respect of my home and of my next guest).
