Summary: the communication with the property manager was the best I have ever experienced. the neighborhood is great and you feel like you are staying in the woods. The only downside and it was minimal was that none of the cabinets in the home had knobs so some cabinets were hard to open. Also the propane fireplace outside was out of propane and when it was replaced, we still could not keep the flame going.
