In the heart of it all - Times Square, Hard Rock Cafe, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Fifth Avenue Shopping, Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Grand Central Station, Central Park, Carnegie Hall are all within walking distance of the apartment. Many Broadway theaters to choose from so you can see Broadway shows to your heart's content.
This apartment is located in the Theater District. Restaurant Row (46th St) is just 1 block away, so is the Port Authority Bus Station. The 42nd St Times Square subway station has trains to take you to the Empire State Building, Macy's, Chinatown, Statue of Liberty, just to name a few.
There is a large capacity A/C to keep you cool throughout the summer and central heating to keep you warm and toasty in the winter.
For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen HDTV and WIFI. Bed linens, towels, kitchen towels, bathroom cleaning supplies, trash bins and trash bags, toilet paper rolls are some of the things provided. Cooking utensils, dinnerware and drink ware are also included. We even have umbrellas in the clothes closet just in case it rains!
Our gift shop downstairs is an extra benefit and convenience. It allows guests who check out at 11:00 am but have later flights to leave their locked luggage in the shop. Similarly, guests who arrive earlier than the check in time of 3:30 pm may do the same.

Summary: I stayed at this property for about 8 weeks starting on September 2nd until November 7th, 2021. The purpose of my trip was mainly business with a little bit of tourism on the side. Here are my impressions: The location is absolutely ideal. The apartment is just one street away from the famous Times Square screens. It is right between the streets where many Broadway shows are playing. Right next to the 46th W, where the Richard Rodgers theatre shows Hamilton. Pretty much everything you could need is at walking distance. Pharmacies, supermarkets, public transportation, laundromats, restaurants, everything is one or two streets away. It is also perfectly located to reach most tourist attractions by a short walk or by a short trip in the metro. Despite being in the middle of Times Square and contrary to what I read on other reviews, noise was not an issue. Some nights cars may be blasting music or police sirens could be heard, but for the most part, noise is not really an issue. The support from the host and the team at the apartment is also valuable. While I did not reach out to them too often, the times I did I received a prompt response and useful support. The apartment is also well equipped and spacious for its price. You get a living room, full kitchen and stove, a large bed and closet, a dining table and more. Two people could easily live there comfortably. For three people, it would be perfectly doable. Decent WiFi, a/c and a TV are also included. The few cons about the apartment are: -The difficulty in opening the windows - The aesthetics of it (it looks very old) - The lack of some basic things, such as a landline, a mop, more than one spatula, a large broom and other things which become necessary when staying for a longer time. - the fire alarm was way too sensible. Every single time I used the stove, it would be triggered, making a painfully loud noise that would only go away after turning off the stove and waiting some time. - the baking sheets that were in the oven didn't look clean at all. Aside from this, the apartment was practically perfect. You would be hard pressed to find a better apartment at this location for this price. The few cons do not warrant lowering the rating, as the experience was excellent. 5 stars.
