The Space:
In the hills of Colombier with views of Flamands beach is the newly build 6 bedroom Villa The Source with jacuzzi.
With its six bedrooms, villa The Source can accommodate large parties or families. Hidden in the hills of Colombier, the villa offers beautiful ocean views from its two decks, one on the main level with the large infinity pool, and the second on the lower level. The main deck also offers plenty of seating in the shade as well as a large dining table underneath a retractable pergola roof.
The spacious main room is separated into two sections; the generous living room with comfortable couches and its eye-catching, framed, in-wall wine cellar. On the other side of the room is the large modern kitchen with a breakfast island which opens to the outdoor dining area.
On either side of the main room are two nearly identical bedrooms, each with large closets, U.S. satellite and Apple TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. On the lower floor are four additional bedrooms in a row. The first three bedrooms are identical with only slight variations in size. Each bedroom has his and hers closets, U.S. satellite and Apple TV and ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is slightly larger and has U.S. satellite and Apple TV, a walk-in closet and a glass feature in between the bedroom and bathroom, allowing for ocean views while taking a shower.
Five of the bedrooms have European king-sized beds that can be separated into two twin beds and one has a queen-size bed.
Villa The Source comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
