Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Clean but could use furniture and decore updates. The location was close to everything we wanted to do within an hour each way and was absolutely beautiful!! Lots of information and instruction for all you need to know. The need to know binder is a great idean and kitchen was fully stocked with all your needs. LOVED the private beach.
Negative: The towels were TERRIBLE! Little balls of fabric all over your body and hair. Washed them as we thought maybe they were just new but nope that didnt help, just bad quality. The window seals need wiped in the bedroom, very dusty. The only other thing is late check out. Terrible they cant let you decide the morning of as we had an actual emergent thing happen on our trip the night before and def could have used the late check out and there was no budging, they said we had to have decided the day before when I received the email. The fact you have to pay for it is absurd, hotels don't charge and when you pay $2,000.00 for just 4 nights you would think you could get a late check out an hr or two later.
