A green oasis in the green Umbria. Villa will thus be presented to you, an oasis of peace and tranquility about fifteen kilometers from Umbertide and twenty from Perugia, Montone and Gubbio.
The Space:
The various locations of which the villa has are all furnished with great taste and a Provencal and romantic touch that spreads peace and tranquility among the walls. Comfortable spaces overlooking the agave garden or the outdoor gazebo or private pergola which enjoys a beautiful view of both the surrounding landscape and the relaxing pool. The latter is a place where you can spend many hours of the day pleasantly. With its sandy shore, sloping seabed and relaxation areas, it reflects the characteristics of Villa where, through attention to detail, we have tried to create a unique, natural and relaxing environment where to regenerate, cool off and forget stress are words of order.
With sought-after shaded areas and the “saxony” solarium area, the pool, together with the other common outdoor spaces, is surrounded by a lush garden with aromatic plants, flowers, palm trees, reed beds and a beautiful view. The same pool, totally eco-friendly, is also equipped with a LED lighting system so that it can also be used at night.
