Every room of this villa has been newly furnished and decorated with the sole intent of superior guest 'comfort and enjoyment.' Great room/ dining & kitchen area are perfect for gatherings and entertaining with a well equipped kitchen; new dishwasher, new glasstop stove for preparing meals and ample room for seating and dining options both inside and out. Each of the 3 bedrooms have brand new furnishings and new quality linens and provide plenty of space for your personal belongings. The glass enclosed Florida Room is a HUGE, under cover air-conditioned area with a festive Tiki Bar and comfy furniture perfect for relaxing with easy access to the private sparkling, heated 'saltwater' pool and huge back yard with lush tropical landscape, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas creating an inviting Oasis. There is a gas BBQ grill & charcoal grill available for our guests, too. We provide 6 bikes, Kayak and all the Beach essentials including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floats and even a beach wagon to comfortably haul it for an amazing day at the beach!
